We have had several reasons to celebrate in recent weeks. The four carpentry apprentices Matthias Bl\u00f6chl<\/strong>, Christoph Brzuske<\/strong>, Pascal Fechter<\/strong> and Valentin Graf<\/strong> achieved outstanding results in the journeyman’s examinations at the carpenters’ guilds in Passau and Deggendorf and were awarded journeyman status. Felix Constantin Graf<\/strong> completed his studies in interior design at the highly renowned Royal College of Art in London with a Master of Arts degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The four young journeymen impress with excellent craftsmanship and a flair for high-quality design. These skills were reflected in the quality of their journeyman’s pieces and in their grades, with two grades of 1 and two grades of 2 in the practical examination. Under the guidance of master carpenters and skilled workers at Graf, they were able to acquire these skills during their two-year apprenticeship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matthias Bl\u00f6chl, Christoph Brzuske and Pascal Fechter were able to demonstrate their skills with one piece of desk furniture each. With the help of a juice bar, Valentin Graf presented a combination of fine Indian apple wood and a gold leaf and iron spatula finish, earning him a grade of 1 in the practical exam. With another 1 in the theory exam, he achieved the perfect result and was thus named Best in the Guild<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Craftsmanship and fine design were also key concepts in Felix Constantin Graf’s master’s thesis, a design for a church pulpit, which earned him an award as one of the best theses in his year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this expertise, the Zenting-based interior design company considers itself well equipped to meet the demands of the future. Company CEO Felix Graf adds: \u201cIn recent years, we have deliberately invested in training and created conditions that enable young people to enjoy an ideal apprenticeship. I am delighted that our home-grown apprentices have performed so well in the tests and hope that this will continue in the coming years.<\/em>
Therefore, we will not rest on our laurels and will continue to expand our apprenticeship programme in the future through in-house training courses and seminars, as well as apprenticeship coordinators. I hope that this will enable us to offer an attractive place for apprenticeships, and I invite interested parties to apply to us.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
