Felix Graf GmbH celebrates special anniversaries

Honouring 40 and 50 Years
of Service
Felix Graf GmbH in Zenting recently celebrated an extraordinary anniversary: Alois Feuchtinger was honoured for his impressive 50 years of service to the company. He began his career at the company with a carpentry apprenticeship and went on to specialise in custom cutting. For decades, Alois Feuchtinger played a decisive role in ensuring the outstanding quality of the hotel furnishings supplied by Graf throughout Europe. Each individual part literally passed through his hands, which not only gave him a comprehensive overview of all the projects, but also made him an indispensable expert. With his vast expertise and tireless dedication, he shaped the company for half a century. And even in retirement, he remains loyal to the company because – in his own words – “it’s just fun.”
The company also honoured Helmut Scheungrab, who can look back on an impressive 40 years with the company. The senior management team expressed its sincere thanks and utmost appreciation to him too.

During the staff party, company CEO Felix Graf gave a special shout-out to the two long-standing and loyal employees. He highlighted their exceptional loyalty and reliability and emphasised that they were role models for everyone in the company. In addition, many other employees were honoured for their years of loyalty:
- 10 years: four employees
- 15 years: five employees
- 20 years: four employees
- 25 years: three employees
- 30 years: one employee
- 35 years: six employees
Felix Graf GmbH is proud that so many employees besides Alois Feuchtinger and Helmut Scheungrab have remained loyal to the company for many years. “The valuable wealth of experience and the almost blind understanding that our employees share are decisive factors for success that guarantee our ability to perform day after day,” emphasise Valentin and Felix Constantin Graf, who are looking forward to continuing to count on these virtues as the company leadership moves into the next generation.
